How this applies to your order

Our patterns are digital downloads supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout you agreed to receive your pattern straight away and acknowledged that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once we begin supplying it. As your pattern is made available immediately after purchase, the withdrawal right no longer applies once your order is complete. Where a pattern is delivered in parts over time, this applies to each part as it's made available to you; parts not yet supplied may still be withdrawn.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, you're entitled to a replacement or refund — just email us at info@gatheredshop.com
