Refund Policy – Gathered Shop

At Gathered Shop, we sell digital craft patterns and art prints only. Because these products are delivered instantly, our refund policy is designed specifically for digital content.

Returns & Refunds

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we’re unable to offer a refund, unless the file is faulty. By purchasing and accessing a digital product, you agree to waive your right to a refund, as outlined in the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, but this only applies if the digital file has not been downloaded or opened. If you believe you’re eligible for a refund under this policy, please contact us at info@gatheredshop.com with your order number and details.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Faulty Digital Products

If the file you’ve purchased is corrupted, incomplete, or not working as described, get in touch with us at info@gatheredshop.com as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to fix the problem—whether that’s sending you a working version or issuing a refund if the issue can't be resolved.

Where to Find Your Digital Download

Once you've purchased your pattern or art print, a download link will appear shortly afterwards in the checkout. You'll also receive an email that contains a download link.

Your digital download can also be found in the orders section of your account. When you click on your order, you'll see a link that allows you to access your download again.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards are digital and delivered by email. Choose from set amounts (£10, £25, £50, £100) or enter a custom value at checkout.
• Redeemable only on www.gatheredshop.com using the unique code at checkout.
• Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Balances can be used across multiple orders until fully spent. If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using another method.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund goes back to the same card.
• Gift cards can’t be used to buy other gift cards.
• Discount codes don’t apply to gift card purchases unless clearly stated.
