Your pattern/purchase will be supplied to you as a PDF digital download. We don't currently sell any physical products in our store.

Once you've purchased your pattern or art print, a download link will appear shortly afterwards in the checkout. You'll also receive an email that contains a download link.

Your digital download can also be found in the orders section of your account. When you click on your order, you'll see a link that allows you to access your download again.

A digital download is a file delivered to you online - on the Gathered shop this is most likely to be a PDF. 

Our PDF's are prepared to be suitable for printing on A4 paper (or larger where specified). 

When you have complete the payment process to buy a pattern through Gatheredshop.com, you will first be taken to the order confirmation screen. After a few seconds a download link will appear on this page.

You will also instantly be emailed an order confirmation, which will shortly be followed by an email with your download links (keep an eye on your junk folders).

If you don't receive or can't find your download link email, don't worry.

You are also able to access your download links at any time by logging into the shop and going to your customer account details (the little person icon). Within here, you can click on your completed orders to view the details and access the download link.

Please note - You need to click anywhere on the completed order to access the details, but not the 'Buy again' button - Pressing the 'Buy again' button will not give you access to the download link, this will simply add the item back into your cart again.

All of our product pages contain clear labelling that the item you are purchasing is a pattern PDF that is provided as a digital download. Because your digital download is automatically delivered to you instantly, no refunds can be given as a result of user error.

We will be able to refund you for any secondary orders of the same product bought in error, but as the digital download will have been provided, your first order will still stand and be non-refundable. If this affects you please see our Refund policy for more detail and if you need more assistance please contact info@gatheredshop.com.

All of our patterns have been checked by our in-house technical experts and are held to a high standard. However, as much as we strive for perfection, we are only human and errors do occasionally slip through.

No. All of our digital downloads are for personal use only. You can’t resell, share, or distribute the files in any form, online, in person, or otherwise.

No. Whether it's a print or a pattern, our digital files can’t be used to create products for sale. That includes handmade items, print-on-demand products, or any commercial use.

Yes, as long as it’s for personal use. For example, you can print an art piece for your home or a pattern to use again, or make a gift for a friend. But selling what you make from our files isn't allowed.

You’re welcome to share a photo of how you’ve used our prints or patterns (and tag us if you'd like!). But please don’t upload the actual file or a full high-quality image of the design.

All our digital files are protected by copyright. Using them in ways that go against our terms, like sharing, reselling, or using them commercially without permission, is a breach of copyright law. This may result in access being removed, cancellation of purchases, and, where necessary, legal action. We take protecting our work seriously.
