About the design

It’s rare the autumn weather lives up to our picturesque expectations – we’re dreaming of crisp leafy strolls and chestnut foraging – but this beautiful woodland mobile has it covered.

Worked in rich seasonal hues that adults will love, and featuring cute kawaii faces that’ll make kids smile, this simple hanging is a winning piece for a little un’s room.

This pattern is designed by Manuela Trani and was first published in Mollie Makes magazine issue 110.

Pattern details

This digital pattern download includes:
● Step by step PDF instructions with colour photography to talk you through how to make it.
● Printable PDF pattern sheet/s (these are UK A4 size pages which you can print out at home and also provided in A1 size sheets to send to a Copyshop printer if you prefer)

You will need:
● Wool felt, 1mm thick in Natural (cream), Beige, Red, Fawn (light brown), Moss (dark green), Mocha (brown), Mustard and Apple (light green) (ours was from www. paper-and-string.net)
● Felt balls, 2cm (¾"), two of each in red and brown, and one in moss
● Wooden bead, 2cm (¾")
● Embroidery thread in black, white, pink and light brown
● Wooden embroidery

● Perle cotton thread in mustard
