About the design

Starting school is a momentous occasion for little ones – these cuddly cross stitch teddies are the perfect way to celebrate and wish them luck on their first day!

Get a set of 6 small designs, perfect for cards, tags and mini gifts. Also includes an upper and lower case alphabet set to personalise with their name! Or easily change the text to turn them into thank you teacher or graduation cards too.

These patterns were designed by Rhona Norrie and first published in The World of Cross Stitching issue 336.

Pattern details

The digital pattern includes:
• Printable charts in colour and black and white, alongside a guide on how to cross stitch (these are UK A4 size pages which you can print out at home).
• Models shown in photos have been stitched using DMC brand threads – Anchor and Madeira conversions listed as close matches but some variation may occur.
• Handy shopping list of suggested materials, threads and making up items included, to stitch your work as per our example shown in photos.
