About the design

Layer up cross stitch on perforated paper to build these creative paper cut style scenes and make a freestanding 3D picture that’s sure to impress!

Set of 8 individual cross stitch patterns to make 2 different scenes – a beautiful forest and a scenic ocean view. Includes full making up instructions with photos in just 5 easy steps, using just card and double-sided tape.

These patterns were designed by Heather Nugent and first published in The World of Cross Stitching issue 281.

Pattern details

The digital pattern includes:
• Printable charts in colour and black and white, alongside a guide on how to cross stitch (these are UK A4 size pages which you can print out at home).
• Model shown in photos has been stitched using DMC brand threads – Anchor and Madeira conversions listed as close matches but some variation may occur.
• Handy shopping list of suggested materials, threads and making up items included, to stitch your work as per our example shown in photos.
