About the design

Wear this versatile design over your head as a hood, around your shoulders like a scarf, or just round your neck as a cowl. The super-soft and bulky yarn knits up really quickly when combined with large needles, so you can have it finished in an evening

This pattern is designed by Cristin Greenlee and was first published in Mollie Makes magazine issue 50.

Pattern details

You will need:
● Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick Yarn, 82% acrylic/10% wool/8% rayon, 170g/97m per ball, one ball in Cranberry (138)
● 15mm (US 19) 80cm (311⁄2”) long circular knitting needles
● Scissors
● Yarn needle with eye large enough to weave in ends
● Stitch marker (optional)

Tension:
Approx. 9 sts and 10 rows to 10cm (4”) square.

Finished size:
Approximately 30cm deep by 40cm around (12 x 16")
