This pattern uses concise crochet terms, for example 6dc means work 1dc in each of next 6 sts. The doll, her accessories and the watering can are made in continuous rounds unless otherwise instructed. Do not join at the end of each round but continue to the next round.
When working in rounds, use a stitch marker or a piece of yarn to indicate the start of each round and move it up as you work. The doll is made from the feet upwards, with the legs, body and head all in one piece.

Tension is not too important, just aim for a dense neat stitch so the stuffing does not show
